Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Goods: Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and will be replaced. Please have your tax invoice and original packaging ready.

Authorised Returns: If we authorise a return for another reason, the buyer is responsible for all delivery costs (including any initially subsidised "free" delivery) and a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty Issues: For valid warranty claims we cannot fix, we will cover all return costs.
