This document outlines the warranty policies for Direct Fitness Gear and its associated brands: Insight and Impact Fitness. Please read the specific terms for your product below.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these warranties. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
A. Direct Fitness Gear Standard Warranty
The following terms apply to Direct Fitness Gear products, unless a specific brand warranty (like Insight or Impact Fitness) is stated.

Coverage: This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Start Date: The warranty period begins from the date the product is dispatched.

Proof of Purchase: A valid tax invoice is required for all warranty claims.

What We Will Do: We will, at our discretion, repair or replace defective parts with items of similar or equivalent value. If we cannot repair or replace the product, a full refund will be provided.

Customer Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the cost of transporting the product to and from our service centre.

On-site repairs will incur a call-out fee.

The product must be used in a home (consumer) setting. Commercial use voids this warranty (commercial products have a separate warranty).

What is Not Covered:

Malfunctions caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, incorrect assembly, or unauthorized alteration.

B. Insight Commercial Strength Equipment Warranty
This warranty applies to Insight Commercial Strength equipment used in commercial facilities (e.g., gyms, hotels, apartment buildings).

Pulleys, Bearings, Bushings: 3 Years

Acts of nature, accidents, or failure to follow instructions.

Exceeding the maximum user capacity.

C. Insight Commercial Cardio Equipment Warranty
This warranty applies to Insight Commercial Cardio equipment used in commercial settings with usage not exceeding 12 hours per day.

D. Impact Fitness Warranty
