If for any reason, you believe the product is faulty/defective in any way, you may request an exchange of opened product. Fitness Systems United (PTP) will exchange a faulty/defect product if it is found there was a production error. This does not apply where a defect has been caused by careless or improper handling, non-adherence to operating instructions, improper installation, other abuse or misuse caused by the Customer or a third party or by fair wear and tear.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

  • Faulty or Damaged Goods: Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and will be replaced. Please have your tax invoice and original packaging ready.

  • Authorised Returns: If we authorise a return for another reason, the buyer is responsible for all delivery costs (including any initially subsidised "free" delivery) and a 15% restocking fee.

  • Warranty Issues: For valid warranty claims we cannot fix, we will cover all return costs.
