These dumbbells can be used with all standard weight plates (25mm) to achieve a great workout. They feature chrome polished smooth finish with a soft knurl to help you keep a firm grip during workouts. These dumbbells come with 2 spring clips per barbbell as standard as well as 2 pairs of standard quick release locks for a safe, quick and easy way of securing your weights.
